JESUS
“I am the Alpha and the Omega—the beginning and the end, says the Lord God. I am the one who is, who always was, and who is still to come—the Almighty One.”
W H O I S J E S U S ?
Who is Jesus? What does He want? Why are we here? What does He require of me? Does this Jesus care about me or is He distant and far away from us all? These maybe some of your questions you ponder on.
Very often we disqualify ourselves in life, we put up boarders and distant ourselves from life and people, due to hard seasons in our life that has caused hurt and discomfort and some decisions that have made you feel worthless and useless. Sometimes we make these choices to hurt others in many ways but there is a way out there is a hope and a future no matter what you have done.
We are all born with a sinful nature. This sin has separated us from God. For everyone has sinned; we all fall short of God’s glorious standard. Romans 3:23. But God is so rich in mercy and grace that he sent His son to reconcile us back to Him. That once we were lost but now found in new life through Jesus, just as He laid down His life for us and rose again. Ephesians 2.
The bible says nothing in all creation can ever separate us from the love of God. Romans 8:31-39. That out of all creation we became His prized possession James 1:18.
GOD IS LIGHT IN HIM THERE IS NO DARKNESS AT ALL

“In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth” Genesis 1:1. He has externally existed as the Father, Son and Holy Spirit and the three are one God. “There is no other God—there never has been, and there never will be. I, yes I, am the Lord, and there is no other Saviour” Isaiah 43:10.
SON
JESUS IS THE SON OF GOD AND HE IS ONE WITH GOD. Jesus came down and offered His life as a sacrifice to ransom us back to God at the cross, where He was beaten and bruised for our sins and wrongdoings. 1 John 4:10 And rose again to give us new life through Him, in which we are made whole and alive with Christ Jesus. John 1:1-5 proclaims Christ Jesus as the eternal word. Christ love and mercy as was shown and made real through His sacrifice that we don’t have to live as fearful slaves but we are set free and given the Holy Spirit to live a victorious life by the blood of the Lamb. 2 Corinthians 5:15
Holy Spirit
The Holy Spirit lives in each person when they come into salvation. He is one with the father and the son. He purpose is to provide Christians with power for living, understanding of spiritual truth, and guidance in doing what is right. He gives spiritual gifts to those who come into salvation and are baptised.
Salvation
We have all fallen short of the glory of God. Bible teaches us that the wages of sin is death, eternal separation from our Saviour but through Christ we can have eternal life Romans 6:23. We have all done wrong, and made decisions and actions that has made us feel we have catapulted far away from God but though we have fallen and though we have gone our own way, there is a way that leads to life. We are able to have abundant life right here on this earth by surrendering our life to Jesus Christ, that through His sacrifice by the precious blood that washes us and makes us whole Ephesians 1:7. Once you come to that place of humility to acknowledge you cannot live life without Him, that it is our sin that has separated us from having a relationship with God. When we turn from our self-ruled life and turn to Jesus in faith we are saved. Eternal life begins the moment one receives Jesus Christ into his life by faith. and call upon His name you shall be saved; as scripture declares…
“If you openly declare that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved” Romans 10:9
“God saved you by his grace when you believed. And you can’t take credit for this; it is a gift from God.” Ephesians 2:8
Jesus told him, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one can come to the Father except through me” John 14:6
Then Jesus said to his disciples, “If any of you wants to be my follower, you must give up your own way, take up your cross, and follow me”. Matthew 16:24
YOU ARE CHOSEN AND NOT FORSAKEN

I believe You came to die and rise again for me, wash me clean with your precious Blood, come live in me and take over. I surrender and give you complete ownership of my life to You, lead me all the days of my life. In Jesus name. Amen
